Bridging Finance

Bridging Finance can be a sensible way for commercial clients to finance property and development projects that fall outside the criteria of mainstream lenders.

At Brent King we will fully discuss your financial requirements, and examine every aspect of the bridging finance deal including the exit strategy.

• Loan duration 3 months to 18 months

Invoice Finance/Discounting and Factoring

Brent King can arrange Invoice Discounting that enables you to confidentially raise funding from your unpaid invoices without waiting 30, 60 or 90 days to be paid by your customer. Invoice Discounting delivers improved cash flow, offers the option to protect your business from bad debt. The Invoice Discounting lenders offer the option of managing the debtor book credit control in-house.

Are you eligible for Invoice Finance:

• You must deal business to business, not with the general public
• The company must be invoicing in arrears and putting customers on payment terms
• You must sell to your own customers and not act as an agent.

Buy to Let Finance
